Git repository with full commit history, owned by your GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket org from day one. Cendriix commits with signed authorship, you can see exactly what we wrote and why.
Infrastructure
Terraform modules, CloudFormation templates, Bicep files, whichever IaC format matches your cloud. Apply them yourself at any time against your own credentials. No Cendriix dependency in the apply path.
Audit log
Every action, every approval, every cost decision, exported as JSON Lines, cryptographically signed with a SHA-256 chain. Verify integrity with our open-source verifier or any standard toolchain.
Agent definitions
The YAML workflow files that describe what each Cendriix agent did for you. Re-runnable on our open-source runner, on any other orchestrator, or modified and owned by your team outright.
Cendriix is a control plane, not a data store. We never persist your source code, production data, or secrets in our systems. Everything lives in the cloud account you designate, always was, always will be.
Your code lives in your SCM.
The canonical repo is in your GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket organization. Cendriix commits to it as a machine author. You own the repo. You can revoke our access the moment you want to.
Your secrets stay in your secrets manager.
AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager, HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, wherever you store them. Cendriix never holds plaintext credentials at rest. Tokens are short-lived and scoped to a single run.
Your domain stays yours.
No mandatory *.cendriix.ai subdomain. Your app runs on your domain from day one. DNS records are in your account. We never proxy traffic through our infrastructure.
Your model choice is yours.
Cendriix is model-agnostic. Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, Llama 3, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, the orchestrator treats them as interchangeable providers. Switch models without rewriting a workflow.
Your cloud is yours.
We are a control plane. Your runtime is your own VPC, your own Fargate cluster, your own Cloud Run service. Cendriix never inserts itself into the request path between users and your application.

What happens if Cendriix disappears.
We have published a survivor's manual: a step-by-step guide for running your project independently of Cendriix, using only the IaC, source code, and agent definitions you already own. If we ever fold, every customer gets a 90-day notice and a full export, automatically triggered. No scramble. No data loss.
The orchestrator configuration is open-source-licensed under MIT, held in escrow at github.com/cendriixai/runner. Your app keeps shipping whether or not Cendriix is operational. We are a speed multiplier, not a single point of failure.
