Weeks two through four are the first live flow. We work with your team to pick one workflow, incident triage and remediation, ticket-to-PR delivery, or a recurring operational task that consumes engineering time. We run it live in your environment with your operators in the approval path. You see real agent decisions, real tool calls, and real graph context, not simulations.

Weeks five through eight expand coverage. More connectors, more workflows, and the first A2A flows where agents hand work to each other with shared knowledge graph context. Compliance and governance gates are tuned to your policies.

At the end of the pilot you keep everything: the connected systems feeding the knowledge graph, the agent workflows configured for your environment, the full audit trail, and the compliance evidence. We keep the feedback loop, everything you tell us in the pilot shapes the roadmap.
